I churned the cream cheese in a blender in 2 call. Half of the cheese + eggs + sugar until smooth.
The remaining cottage cheese + banana + sour cream + vanilla sugar.
Plumped up.
All the cheese to combine.
Add semolina and raisins.
Mix well. Let stand for an hour.
Filled cottage cheese in a form (I have silicone). On top of evenly distributed small pieces of butter.
In a preheated oven on 180 gr. 35-40 minutes until Golden color.
Slightly chilled and with sour cream :) mmmmm......Yummy !!!
