To prepare the products.
Beat eggs with sugar, the sugar in the dough, you can put more or less, but more often I do not put.
Add semolina TM Mistral, part of the milk, zest and orange juice, mix well.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar (vanillin).
Add the remaining milk, mix well.
Bake pancake on a/p pan without oil, meanwhile mix the strawberries with the sugar (you can add any berries) and cook it for a while.
Ready to pour pancake strawberry sauce, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
