  • Bay leaf

  • Curry

    2 ч. л.

  • Turmeric

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

    2 ч. л.

Cooking

Meat and onion cut into small pieces.

Soak bread in milk.

Mix the meat, onion, bread, raisins, apricot jam, lemon juice, salt, curry and turmeric.

The resulting mass lightly fry on the pan.

The eggs add in milk and lightly whisk. The roasted mass is put in a saucepan or another ceramic form and fill the egg mixture. Put on top of Bay leaves. Put in a preheated to 180C oven for 50 minutes.
