Description
Crostata is Italian for "crispy". This simple classic Italian pie with shortbread crust gets really crispy and crunchy. For the filling, you can take any thick jam, but the sauce D arbo wild lingonberries Crostata is just amazing!

Cooking
Mix the flour with the butter and sugar.
Add the egg, lemon zest, cinnamon, knead the dough well. Let rest for 15 minut.
The Cup multivarki oil, put two crosswise strips of baking paper (it will be then easier to extract Crostata from the slow cooker).
2/3 of the dough to form the cake and put in the bowl multivarki, to form ledges.
Carefully spread on the dough, sauce D arbo wild lingonberries, spread over the dough.
On top of the edges, leaving the center free, spread the remaining third of the dough, grated on a coarse grater. Include multiverse mode "Pastries" on 65+25 minutes (you can bake in the oven primrno 45 minutes). Fully cooling Crostata in the slow cooker and carefully remove the strips of paper.
Before serving you can decorate with fresh berries.
