Savoury pancakes with a delicious sauce.

Cooking
Prepare pancake. Dissolve coffee in warm milk.
To the ground coffee add salt, sugar and yolk. Stir with a whisk.
Then add the sifted cocoa, baking powder and flour. Mix well.
Protein vzbit in the stable foam and add to dough. Mix gently with movements from bottom to top.
Pan lightly grease with vegetable oil TM "generous gift".
Pour 1.5 tbsp of dough. flatten with a spoon to fry the pancakes on slow fire from both sides.
For the sauce: put the chocolate in a bowl, add milk and melt convenient for You way.
