Adzhika always harvested very a lot different. This serves the second year and she's one of our favorites. Tasty, fast and useful.

Soy sauce

Sunflower oil

Vinegar

Cooking
All the ingredients, wash them well, dry.
Mince.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add oil, vinegar, soy sauce and cook for another 20 minutes. The soy sauce I took TM Cccamp.
Spread out in hot sterilized jars and roll up.
