Pork chop in pieces, to beat.
Prepare the marinade: In the honey and add the juice of half an orange, seasoning (optional), oregano and stir.
Chops salt and pepper, marinate and put in a cold for 1.5-2 hours.
Then the marinated meat and fry on both sides until Golden brown, reduce the heat and simmer the marinade until cooked. Bon appetit!
