Cooking
Mix eggs with a soft (preferably granular) cottage cheese and sugar.
Add yogurt and vinegar gashenuyu soda.
Gradually introduce the flour, all thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass.
Bake pancakes on greased griddle until Golden brown. Serve with sour cream, condensed milk, honey or grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. On taste and color... All a pleasant appetite!
