Description
Tasty and fragrant pancakes with crumbs of walnuts.

0,3 ч. л.

Walnuts
4 ст. л.

2 ст. л.

0,5 ч. л.

Cooking
The milk is heated until warm and remove from heat. Add sugar, salt and stir.
Add the egg. Stir with a whisk.
From buckwheat do the flour and add it to the dough. Stir.
Add olive oil and stir.
Nuts ground into crumbs.
Add walnuts and stir.
Mix the flour with soda and add to batter. Stir.
On a heated pan pour the batter and fry the pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.
Ready pancakes put on a plate, each pancake grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. It is served warm.
