Fragrant biscuit with coffee dough stuffed with nuts and summer fruits! Today - apricots and raspberries!

Ingredients

Dough: Mix coffee and sugar, pour boiling water, stir and allow to cool.

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder.

Add the vegetable oil and, gradually pouring cold coffee along with coffee grounds, knead the dough.

Knead the dough until smooth, soft, dont stick condition.

For the filling: Wash the fruit, from apricots to remove the stones. Grind nuts and mix with sugar.

On a sheet of baking paper to roll the dough out into a thin layer.

Pour into the middle of the sugar-nut mix, spread, leaving a 3-4 cm region.

Wrap the edges of the dough on top of fruit. The edges can be slightly sprinkled with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes until tender. The finished biscuit remove from the oven, let it cool down.
