Description
I wanted buckwheat pancakes, then came across the tavern. Thus was born this recipe. Very simple, and I liked the result even husband, who hates vegetables, and is indifferent to zucchini. Try it, maybe you'll like it.

Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel and grate on a fine grater. Add the milk, buckwheat flour, eggs, salt, sugar. Stir. Soda repay lemon juice and add to the dough.
Spoon into the pan and fry in oil.
