Description
Muffins and pancakes there are many national cuisines. But my recipe is from Ukraine. Very fluffy, sweet pancakes with light sour cherry.
Ingredients

Milk

2/3 ч. л.

Yeast

Vanilla
1 щепот.

Powdered sugar
1 ст. л.

Cherry
200 г

Vegetable oil
3 ст. л.
Cooking
In warm milk (not hot!!!) add yeast, salt, sugar and a pinch of vanilla. Mix well.
Add the flour. Stir (I use blender).
For these pancakes I take cherry jam seedless "five minutes". The fit and cherries in their own juice. Drained all the fluid.
In the finished dough add the cherries, mix. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Heated pan greased with vegetable oil. And bake pancakes on both sides in medium heat.
To bake a mountain of pancakes and invite the family for tea.
