Cupcake with nougat and chocolate
Love the cupcakes not only there, but also the oven: it is very easy! So I offer you a recipe that can be safely called "Guests on the threshold". Nut-chocolate taste of the cake like your tasters!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 г

  • Nougat

    100 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    200 г

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Cream

    50 мл

  • Flour

    150 г

  • Potato starch

    125 г

  • Leavening agent

    1 ст. л.

  • Cocoa powder

    1 ст. л.

  • White chocolate

    75 г

  • Chocolate milk

    70 г

Butter and the nougat to melt in the microwave separately. Just keep in mind that the nougat after the melt may crystallize. So I tend to melt in a water bath and not removed prior to use.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy foam (5-7 minutes).

Add the cream and butter.

Heat the oven to 180 gr. Flour mixed with starch and baking powder...

And add to egg mixture. Mix well.

Divide the dough into two equal parts.

In one part add cocoa and melted nougat. By the way, the nougat may not fully mix with the dough, but it's not terrible: when baking it will melt without a trace.

Rectangular shape ( I have a 8 cm by 22 cm) grease and sprinkle with flour. Because I have silicone, I have to pass this process. Spread a thin layer of dark dough.

Bake 60 minutes, although it would be better to focus on your oven. To check a dry splinter. The finished cake to remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly in the form. Then place on the grill and allow to cool completely.

Better to decorate with melted chocolate, but since I have ended, I just boiled some cream, added chunks of milk chocolate and the mixture filled cupcake. Top rubbed white chocolate. By the way, my form was too small for such a count test, so I had to build 2 mini-cupcake! I decorated with flowers made of cream.
