Mini-cakes
Very beautiful and festive cupcakes. As a test can use any other cookie dough. The main thing - the filling and frosting.

Ingredients

Prepare the ingredients in accordance with the list.

Butter or margarine to melt (in a microwave oven at minimum output) and cool to hot.

Knead the dough: mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, butter (or margarine) and buttermilk. All mix thoroughly with a whisk or spoon. There is another way of mixing the components: to put everything in a 3-liter jar, cover tightly and several times (15-30 seconds) to shake to all components connected.

Put the dough to approximately 2/3 height in the small muffin tins or small moulds for muffin. Forms are pre-lubricated. If you use asilicone or without special coating form, then it is better vystelit baking paper.

On the dough evenly pour the jelly beans.

Gently drown the beans in the dough with a fork, trying to keep the drops are not touched the walls of the mold. Bake at 170 C for approximately 45 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick (e.g. toothpick).

While the cupcakes bake, make the glaze: Squeeze the juice from the lemon (it took me a half of a lemon). Remove seeds. Lemon juice can be replaced with a mixture of water and citric acid. Pros: you can adjust the level of acid (some people don't like sour or can't afford for other reasons). Cons: scent not the same...

Mix the lemon juice with the icing sugar, a good grind. If You get the glaze thicker than me, not terrible - divorce will be more subtle - too beautiful!

Divide the frosting into three equal parts, each of which add food coloring and mix well.

Finished the cupcakes for 10 minutes to withstand in the forms, then gently remove. Completely cool and use a fork to apply the glaze with splashes and stains. Let dry.
