I greased it with beaten egg with milk and sprinkled stroitelnoy crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes ( in the pan - 40 minutes). Allow to cool completely in the form.
Then gently remove and serve with tea.

My family liked the muffins baked in the form of large silicone... a softer happened... the Buns from the pan is also very gentle and soft...

But personally, I liked the dough with cereal ( more loose and air) and two fillings: cheese and custard. A daughter like chocolate and cream...
