To prepare the rolls, took a mixture of flakes 5 cereals:oat flakes, buckwheat, wheat, rye, barley.

Batter I cooked in the bread machine, the"Dough" 1 hour 30 minutes but you can cook it in the usual way. In the bucket put the bread machine according to instructions: water (warm), vegetable oil, butter (softened), sugar, salt, caraway seeds, sifted flour, cocoa, a mixture of flakes 5 cereals of TM "Mistral", yeast.

Divide the dough into pieces and in a circular motion to roll into balls ( I got 6 rolls), the rolls in the middle to make an incision.
