I wound up the dough in the bread maker, to lay all the necessary products according to the rules, i.e., first liquid, then dry ingredients, pour the yeast on top of flour, making a small indentation. For those who are preparing the dough with your hands, just connect all products, mix and put in a warm place to rise.

While the dough is resting and preparing for baking, we prepare the sauce. Mix the grated garlic, olive oil and oregano.
