Description
Who doesn't like ruddy piping hot pancake or fritters – call it what you want, but this is very Russian, and so delicious! There is a little sour milk, yogurt or leftover yogurt? Then feel free to get a pan!))

Cooking
Pour the yogurt into a bowl in which you'll knead the dough. If it is cold, it is best to heat up to warm in a water bath. Add sugar and yeast, stir, cover with a towel and put in warm (e.g., about plates included) leave for 30 minutes. Weight has a little "taposiris". Stir with a whisk, beat the egg, add portions of the flour. The dough should be thickish. Pour 2 tbsp of Vegetable oil. Stir until smooth. Fry in heated pan.
PS Love pancake more elaborate?
