The idea of these scones I found in one of the English sites. They are attracted by the simplicity of ingredients and an unusual cooking method. On the Cook such recipes is not found, so decided to post. The buns turn out very flavorful, with a crispy crust!!))

Cooking
I did my rolls in the yeast, so if You use yeast, flour may need a little less.
To the starter add the sugar, cinnamon, salt and water, mix everything.
Add flour and raisins. All carefully mix. The dough should be soft, but thick enough so You can mold it into.
Put in a warm place for 20 minutes. The dough should not be hard to climb during this time. While the dough is resting, put it on the stove a big pot of water, we will need a lot))).
After 20 minutes, start making dough such bagels.
And in turn drop them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. While the bagels are boiled, they have formed a crust, so if You want makemie rolls, reduce the cooking time.
