Bread rolls
Very fragrant and soft rolls. I have Parmesan, Italian herbs and cereals. The aroma throughout the apartment. Help yourself :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    750 г

  • Milk

    375 мл

  • Yeast

    1 ст. л.

  • Butter

    50 г

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Parmesan

  • Seasoning

In warm milk dissolve sugar and pour in the melted butter.

Sift in a bowl the flour with salt and stir in the yeast. Mix, make a deepening in the middle, pour the milk and butter.

Mix all with a wooden spoon or with your hands and gather dough into a ball. Transfer the dough on a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until the dough became elastic. Turn batter into a clean saucepan and cover with oiled cling film.

Put in a warm place for 1-2 hours until the dough came up and increased in volume by half. (It took me 1 hour)

Put the dough on a slightly floured surface and knead the dough for another couple of minutes. Divide the dough in half.

And now these halves divide into 7-8 even pieces.

Roll each in the shape of a bun, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 30 minutes. After the rolls fit, brush each bun loose end of the egg with water and sprinkle your favorite seasonings, grated cheese or cereal. Then it all depends on your imagination :) Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the buns for 20 minutes until Golden brown. When tapped on the bottom of the scones should be heard a dull sound.
