Ingredients

  • Heart

  • Flour

  • Onion

  • Tomato paste

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Bay leaf

My heart, dry and cut into cubes. Add salt and fry in hot oil. The heart will give a lot of juice.

When about half of the juice boils away, sprinkle the meat with flour and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Then pieces of the heart put in a shallow pot

In frying pan, pour a little water, bring to a boil and the resulting strain through a sieve into the pan with the heart.

Separately in a pan fry chopped onion, add the tomato puree, 2 Bay leaves and a little water. Bring to a boil and pour into the pan with the heart.

Simmer everything on low heat for about an hour stirring constantly until tender.
