Ravioli
Dumplings all love, and when they are not, as usual, it's even better! My family is just crazy about Russian ravioli.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 г

  • Mushrooms

    200 г

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Water

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Lemon

Cheese RUB on a large grater, add beef, mushrooms (I take mushrooms, pre cooked and cooled) shred (I do this with a blender), add all to the beef with cheese and stir add black pepper, salt to taste. The stuffing is ready.

For the dough: eggs with salt (1.5 teaspoon) and sugar (1 teaspoon) beat with a fork. Add water and flour (as needed for dough), knead the dough.

Then take a rolling pin and pelmennica, and, as with the dumplings! Cut off a piece of dough, roll out, put the rolled out layer of dough on pelmennica, stuffed with filling, roll out second layer, cover the top, roll out with a rolling pin.

Then remove the excess dough, and ravioli extracted from pelmennica and spread on dishes, sprinkle with flour, put them in the freezer. Put water in a pan on gas, add salt, pepper, seasoning, onion, I even add 2 slices of lemon! When the water boils, throws ravioli and cook until tender.
