Description
The recipe was posted in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Apple pie with cabbage" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The dish was interesting, with a slight hint of sweetness. The bacon adds piquancy, but overall, the casserole is very delicate. The amount of ingredients to give, as in the original recipe, and I cooked at half the rate.

Cooking
Bacon cut into small pieces, and half fry in butter until Golden brown, remove and set aside. Onion cut into half rings and fry in the same pan, add the cabbage. Parsley chopped and a half, with the broth, add the cabbage, saute for 20 minutes, then add sliced apples (I peel apples cut) and then on medium heat for 5-7 minutes more.
Potatoes peel, boil and mash the mixture. Pour it in the buttermilk, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, add the remaining parsley. To shift mashed potatoes (it turns out very tender) in a greased form and flatten gently.
Sprinkle cabbage with apples,
slices of fried or broiled bacon,
thickly sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Put in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Give the casserole to cool slightly and can be treated.
