Cooking
Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil, put chopped onion and garlic, minced meat and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes
Add canned tomatoes and wine, bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes. Add the Bay leaf, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
While preparing sauce, boil spaghetti until soft. Now prepare the cheese sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and heat, stirring, 1 minute. Remove from heat and a thin stream pour the milk. Simmer 2 - 3 minutes.
Remove the sauce from the heat and add grated cheese, egg yolk and mustard, salt and pepper. I have the mustard was spicy, so I added 0.5 tsp.
Putting the casserole. In the form put half of the meat sauce.
Next layer half of the spaghetti. Then the second half of the meat sauce and remaining spaghetti. Top pour all the cheese sauce and sent in heated to 180 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
The finished pudding cool slightly and serve.
