Tart with cornmeal and pears
Love cornmeal. She gives a nice crunchiness to the crust, and juicy pear finish all the beauty of this cake.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Mix the flour, corn flour, cold butter, salt.

Knead the dough. If necessary, add 1-2 tbsp of Cold water. While we make the filling the dough put into the refrigerator.

Pears cut into thin slices. Mix with sugar and starch. (With plums, too, it turns out very tasty).

Flatten the dough in the form.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
