Description
Stir fry – literally to English means “stir and fry”. It's your typical Chinese food cooking method that allows to retain beneficial properties, freshness and flavor ingredients. Everything is prepared in a wok in hot oil with constant stirring and even tossing into the air. For “stir fry” it is important that all the ingredients were chopped and at hand, because the cooking process is very fast and intense. The dish should be served immediately.

Cooking
1. Cut the meat into thin slices. Mix 100 g Wok sauce Kikkiman with lemon juice and 2 teeth of garlic passed through the press. Pour the resulting marinade meat and leave for 3 hours or overnight.
2. Drain the marinade from the meat and fry it in hot oil in a wok for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Place on a plate.
3. Mushrooms wipe with a clean cloth and cut into plates of medium thickness. Red and green pepper thinly slice. Green onions cut into thin rings. Garlic and ginger are finely chopped. Beans have to remove the leg and cut into 3-4 pieces, depending on the length.
4. For lovers of spicy, you can add cut into thin rings pepper-Chile.
5. For dressing mix the remaining Kikkoman Wok sauce with oyster sauce, rice wine, broth and starch.
6. In hot oil, quickly fry the green beans for 2 minutes, add ginger and mushrooms. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly and just throwing ingredients in the air so they have time to cool a little and in contact with the wok to form a crispy crust.
7. Add peppers, cook another 2 minutes.
8. Add the bean sprouts and garlic. Stir and return the meat to the wok.
9. Pour all the dressing, stir and heat for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions.
