Carrot souffle with green peas
Delicious and very tender vegetable dish. It's nice to eat without all with a slice of white bread, fit, and on a garnish for chicken or Turkey.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    500 г

  • Milk

    3 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Soft cheese

  • Green peas

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Carrots to boil, cool and clean. As I cooked the carrots for a couple and clean its cooked don't like, first I cleaned the carrots, and then cooked in a double boiler. (Beets were preparing for "Vari Hutsul", the composition of the meals is not included).

Boiled carrots grind kitchen processor, blender or with a fork. I have worked the "old processor" :-) For chopped carrots add eggs, milk, nutmeg, salt and mix everything thoroughly.

Then add to the carrot-egg mixture with grated cheese.

Spread the green peas. And mix everything thoroughly. ATTENTION! Green peas take peas brain. If you got a "Special", that souffle will be the worst as polka dots it would be harsh, and the souffle should be soft.

Now take a heat-resistant molds (or one form), grease with vegetable oil and put the prepared vegetable mass.

Should turn out like this. Of this amount, ingredients obtained I have 4 ramekins souffle.

Now take the foil and break it into pieces and cover the ramekins with the soufflé on top. Put in a preheated 180*C oven for 30 minutes.
