Beef with peach salsa and rice
It was a miracle, not a recipe. Do not be confused by the presence of the peach, he fits perfectly!!!

For this recipe we need 2 bags of rice bubble mix from TM Mistral. Drop the bags of rice into boiling water and boil for 30 minutes.

To prepare the marinade for the meat of the cloves of garlic, mustard, onion, zest and lime juice, the finely chopped leaves of rosemary, olive oil, black pepper and salt, crushed in a blender until smooth.

Meat, I have the pulp beef, cut into steaks. Coat it with the marinade ( it is desirable to make in advance, it is better for an hour or two before cooking).

For salsa we need to cut the peach in half, remove the seeds, brush the cuts with olive oil and fry them on heated pan for 2-3 minutes.

Cut into small cubes tomato, peach and red onion. Drizzle with juice of half a lime, salt, pepper, add chopped parsley, season with olive oil and stir.

From meat to remove the excess marinade and fry it in hot olive oil with a frying pan for 2 minutes on each side. If you love meat ( like me), then this meat all, but if you don't like meat ( like my husband), it is possible to supply meat for 3-5 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
