Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, boil in a little water without salt with the addition of black pepper and Bay leaf (15-20 min). In the same water boil the peas until soft (5 min). Broth where cooked potatoes and peas save. Onion cut in small dice, fry in a pan until Golden brown in sunflower oil with sugar. Remove pan from heat, add chopped smoked bacon, celery, crushed cloves of garlic. Warm. Potatoes remember, enter the egg (0,5 protein Express), add the broth, adjusting the consistency of a puree (not too thin, but that when mixed the polka dots were not rumpled). Add everything from the pan, stir and season with mixture of peppers and salt to taste.

A sheet of rice paper soak in cold water. Lay on a Board (glass), wait 10 seconds. (watch that would not leave excess water). On the edge of the sheet put the stuffing. Create an envelope: fold up the bottom edge, then the sides (do not tighten, leave the void, while cooking, the filling is increased), turn roll. Will propylite envelopes the starch with a brush.
