Description
So I wanted potatoes with mushrooms... but, alas, this year's crop of mushrooms in the forest was small, and freeze failed. Had to be content with what we found in the shop. It turned out great.
Ingredients

Mushrooms

Potatoes

Onion

Vegetable oil

Salt

Black pepper
Cooking
Onion chopped, fry. With mushrooms drain the water, add them to the onions.
All fry for 10 minutes, until water is evaporated.
Potatoes cut into slices. All to connect.
Fry all until cooked potatoes.
