Green fritters of pumpkin seeds

Ingredients

  • Flour

Cooking

Here are the basic ingredients required for cooking.

1 Cup of warm milk to warm up to 30-40 degrees, add dried yeast "SAF-MOMENT" and let it stand for about 7-10 minutes.

Now gradually add the sifted flour.

And also add the flour of pumpkin seeds (or ground seeds). Mix thoroughly.

2 eggs mixed with 1 tsp sugar and salt (to taste), add 0.5 cups of the remaining warm milk, whisk well.

Add egg-milk mixture to the dough-based. Mix thoroughly and leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. The dough should be like thick cream. If the dough is liquid, you can add a little flour. But if very thick, then dilute a small amount of warm milk.

It remains only to fry fritters on the heated frying pan on both sides until it will turn brown. Serve with sour cream.
