Description
Very fragrant, incredibly tasty and exciting bread for lent and beyond. With sauce wok from TM "Kikkoman", the filling of mushrooms, onions and zucchini turned out very bright and intense. The dough is crispy and Golden on the outside and soft on the inside. Your loved ones will appreciate this cake as well!

Cooking
I kneaded the dough using the bread machine, just falling asleep all the necessary ingredients in the correct sequence. If you don't have one, knead the dough in the bowl and leave to rise for 30-60 minutes in a warm dry place.
Mushroom caps clean from the top layer and chop the mushrooms into thick slices. Onion cut into half rings or quarters.
Raskolennuyu on a dry pan with a thick bottom put the mushrooms, stir them and wait until all the moisture evaporated from them.
Then add the vegetable oil and onion and fry all together for a few minutes.
Zucchini cut into medium-sized cubes and add to the pan and fry on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Pour sauce in the wok for frying TM "Kikkoman", hold on the fire for a few minutes.
Roll the dough and put into a form, making a small bumpers.
Spread the filling on the dough and distribute it
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180C. The finished cake sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
