I do not know where this name, or that a light salad or delicate. But when I saw it in a cooking magazine and decided that just cook. Available on the website of the salad with the same name this one is different in composition, so I don't repeat.

Cooking
Boiled chicken meat cut into strips.
Add shredded Apple and egg whites. To prisolit to taste and add mayonnaise. Mix well.
Salad put in a salad bowl and top with the RUB egg yolks.
You can decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
