Pasta in tomato sauce
The sauce gives an ordinary dish an unusual taste with spicy-sour notes. I was served pasta with meatballs. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Onion

    0,5 шт

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Tomato paste

    1 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

  • Basil

    1-1,5 ч. л.

  • Paprika sweet

    1 ч. л.

  • Thyme

    1 ч. л.

  • Mint

    1 ч. л.

  • Water

    0,5 стак.

  • Sugar

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Salt

  • Dutch cheese

Cooking

Finely chop the onion, garlic, pepper.

Grate the tomatoes on a grater.

First, a bit of fry the onion in olive oil, add finely chopped garlic, fry until the onion has softened.

Add the peppers, cook for 2 minutes. After you add the tomatoes. Stir, simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes.

Add water, tomato paste, salt, sugar (if the tomatoes unsweetened) and spices. Also simmer on low heat for 15-17 minutes.

Cook makaroshki.

Then add the prepared pasta in a tomato hot sauce. mix well. Serve (you can sprinkle cheese, grated on a fine grater).
