  • Pumpkin

  • Water

    2 л

  • Flour

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Yeast

    1 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

Peel skin from pumpkin and seeds

In boiling water dissolve the honey and add the pumpkin

Once the pumpkin was soft (it takes about 20 minutes), pull it out of the water

In 100 ml of broth pumpkin (cooled) dissolve yeast

To the pumpkin add the flour (the consistency may be slightly more or less)

Add salt, yeast (pumpkin should already be podostyvshimi) and leave the dough for an hour

Fry in small amount of oil until Golden brown. Pancakes not much rise, but the taste is not spoiled. Serve with sour cream or honey.
