Greek rice cake with minced pork
And again, I pie of minced meat. This time the version with rice. The recipe for this wonderful cake I took from the Swedish book - "food from the ground".

Ingredients

Prepare the foods (not the parsley and olives - family prefers the cake without them). Lay out the puff pastry on a plate to unfreeze.

Forcemeat to fry. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic and parsley. Pour the wine and leave to boil for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Chop the tomatoes into squares or slices, or to take the tomatoes in their own juice. You can take fresh tomatoes and in own juice - will be even tastier. Put the tomatoes, rice and olives in the stuffing. Hands mash the feta and mix with stuffing.

Pour stuffing into a greased form (approximately 24 cm in diameter).

Twist strips of dough and lay out on a pie-shaped lattices.

Coat with the egg. Bake at 200 C until Golden brown test. (20-30 min).

To the cake can be tzatziki sauce (Greek sauce - natural Greek yogurt mixed with grated on a grater cucumber, olive oil, garlic, salt) and plain salad. Nice!
