Brisket on the grill
Pork belly marinated in the seasoning for the meat from the FORESTER and covered in mustard, roasted on the grill - great for a picnic, and just summer lunch or dinner outdoors or in the garden.

Prepare the ribs for marinating. Piece thoroughly wash and dry with paper towel.

I just rubbed sea salt, and then seasoning to the meat from the FORESTER on all sides. Seasoning is for 3 kg of meat, and I have a piece of 600 g, then I used 2 tbsp approximately.
