Kebab from pork
I offer flavored kebab, thanks to the ketchup FORESTER. The finished dish should have a solid crust, and inside in the context of uniform colour. From the core have to leak hot juice. Help yourselves, friends!!!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Seasoning

  • Chili

    1 ч. л.

  • Greens

    1 ст. л.

Meat, onions and crush the garlic by using a grinder.

Seasoning "TM FORESTER for meat," put in a mortar, add to it chili. Grind until smooth.

To the meat add seasoning, mix well.

Then add the herbs. Minced knead until, until it becomes sticky and pasty. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
