Crab sticks cut into cubes
Hard cheese grate on a fine grater.
In a bowl add grated cheese (200 gr.) and passed through a garlic press 1 tooth. of garlic, add 2 tbsp. spoon (no slides) of mayonnaise. The mixture is stirred, if necessary, add in salt to taste.
Carrots boil until Al dente. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. To the grated carrots add 1 tablespoon (no slides) of mayonnaise. The mixture is stirred.
In part of the mixture of cheese and garlic to add dice crab sticks, make a ball the size of a walnut.
Evenly cover cheese ball carrot stuffing, then finish the ball roll in sesame seed.
