Delicious chocolate oatmeal cookies with a citrus note, quick to prepare.

Grind into crumbs butter room temperature, sugar, cereals and flour. Used flakes of TM Mistral
Add the egg
Mix well, add grated on a fine grater chocolate and the orange zest.
Again mix well with a wooden spatula. The obtained dough is wrapped in plastic wrap. Form a sausage with a diameter of 5-7 cm and Freeze for 30-60 minutes in the freezer.
Cut into circles with a thickness of 8-10 mm, spread on a baking sheet at a distance from each other. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 8-10 minutes. For a couple of minutes until tender (optional) sprinkle cookies with brown sugar.
