Pork schnitzel
You can sometimes yourself and your family to indulge in this dish, although it certainly is useful to not include... but you can if you want! I really liked this breading of meat and now, by popular demand of relatives, doing exactly this. To indicate pork recipe, but made several of veal, also very tasty. On the website there is something similar, but with chicken. I offer you my version, I hope someone will like it as much as I did!

Ingredients

Meat beats gently in a thin layer, salt and pepper. In the photo I have the white pepper, but black is better freshly ground.

Put next to each other three large plates (one deep) in a deep dish stir with a fork until smooth egg and cream, on the other, mix the flour with the paprika, and the third put the bread cut into thin wedges. The bread was conveniently thinly slice, can before this put it 10 minutes in the freezer.

In the pan melt and heat the ghee layer should be about 1 cm (on the photo, the meat has just turned and the oil is reported after photographed). Take the meat and coat first in the flour, shake off excess, then dip in the egg with the cream and crumble in the bread, lightly pushing the meat in it. And immediately put on the frying pan. Fry on both sides until Golden browned, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
