I offer you the recipe of shashlik "non-standard" with fruity notes which will delight You with unexpected soft strawberry sauce for juicy meat. This recipe was born suddenly after the visit of my friends ignored the open bottle of champagne. It dawned on me, if champagne is so pleasing to the "meat" from the inside, the outside would be no worse, and iridescent bubbles played Swindon thigh. The result exceeded all my expectations. The barbecue was juicy and soft. Try and experiment!
