Chicken thighs with rice in the Asian
To chicken not tired, have to cook it differently. Try adding onion, garlic, soy sauce and have a new option. Garnish in the same style and Bon appetit.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

  • Mayonnaise

    1 ст. л.

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

    2 ч. л.

To prepare the products. I have not all pictured.

Rinse the thighs under cold running water and dry with a cloth, removing excess moisture.

Chop the onions very finely.

Added to the thighs onion (half), mayonnaise (I bylv this time a creamy garlic sauce), 1 tsp of soy. sauce, 1H. L. ginger (ground or fresh grated), if necessary salt, pepper to taste, grated on a fine grater 1 clove of garlic.

Mix well and leave for 10 minutes to marinate.

Meanwhile, fry in butter with the remainder of the onion and crushed garlic for 5 minutes, add ginger, salt and pepper to taste.

Add rinsed in hot water, the rice, sauté 3-4 minutes, add 3 tbsp soy sauce ( can be more), mix well.

After 2-3 min pour water (any broth) 2 cm above the rice, cover and simmer over low heat until tender, about 20 min.

In another pan heat the oil, put the thighs and fry for 10 mins on each side without a lid, until tender.

At the end pour 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, cover and turn off the heat.

Spread a mound of rice, thighs, prepare and enjoy your meal!
