Combine all the spices. Roll chicken thighs in mixture of spices. Olive oil (2 tbsp) combine with soy sauce, pour the marinade on chicken thighs and leave for 30 mins in the fridge.
Semolina pour into a dry dish.
Remove the thighs from the marinade and roll them in semolina.
Fry the ham on both sides in olive oil until Golden brown. Serve with greens and vegetables.
