Finally lived to see the publication of the recipe. The dish appeared spontaneously - were in the freezer 2 chicken leg without skin (skin harvested for another dish), and dinner is to cook something. Remove the skin from the ham (I already removed).
Lay the chicken in the container, there also pour the onion, pour soy sauce, wine, water, add seasoning to taste. In the photo, probably not very well visible, but the marinade covers the chicken a little more than half. I turned a couple of times just in case. I think it can be filled entirely and do not add water, but I ran out of soy sauce. Time: in this form she lay in my 12 hours. Basically, a couple-three hours would be enough for her - the chicken is quickly marinated, but I like it when the meat in the marinade longer.
Now I poured in the pan with a little oil and maximum capacity fry literally a minute on both sides.
Diminished capacity (I have max 6, I was cooking for 4), added the onions and marinade, cover. A couple of times turned. It was baked for 20 minutes, then half an hour stood just under the cover already off the burner.
