Sweet pumpkin soup with lazy dumplings
Yesterday morning my husband was cooking dumplings, and my daughter and have planned your favorite pumpkin porridge. And all of a sudden took it into his head not a crazy idea, the result was very tasty, everyone was happy.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200-250 г

  • Milk

  • Cheese

    250 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Condensed milk

    1 ст. л.

  • Semolina

    3 ст. л.

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Curd grind through a sieve, add egg and a spoon of condensed milk (to desired, and add sugar) - mix everything thoroughly.

Pour 3 spoons of semolina, stir and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes to semolina swelled.

Meanwhile, the pumpkin cut into small pieces, pour a little water (100 ml) and then boil until tender.

Once the pumpkin is cooked, add hot milk and use a blender to turn into a puree.

To the curd add one tablespoon of flour and mix, the dough will be sticky but plenty of flour, do not add. Dipping hands in flour to stick little balls.

Throw them in boiling pumpkin puree. When will emerge, cook for 10 minutes, turn off the fire, close the lid and allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Could sugar and add to the soup, but I prefer to use to sweeten the honey.
