Cod fillet in aerogrill
Fillet of cod tender and dietary fish. A convection oven allows you to preserve the usefulness and low-calorie product. Tasty fish for 30 minutes

  • Fish fillets

  • Salt

  • Spices

    1 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Parmesan

1. Take the cod fillets, wash, dry it with a napkin. 2. Cut into portions and sprinkle with lemon salt and Italian herbs. Allow to stand for 10-20 minutes. 3. Wipe with olive oil.

5. Cook until Golden brown (mine is 25 minutes) at a temperature of 250 degrees
