Thick spicy soup with beans and vegetables
Healthy and hearty soup with vegetables and beans in chicken broth. An excellent lunch. You can eat both the first and second.

Ingredients

Beans soaked overnight. In a pot poured the finished chicken broth. When the broth is boiling, put it in the rinsed beans and cooked it until tender about 40 minutes. While cooking the beans, prepare the soup vegetables. Onion cut half rings, pepper strips, carrots rubbed on an average grater.

From tomatoes and removed the skins. The skimmer dropped the tomatoes in boiling water for 20-30 seconds to pre-cut a criss-cross pattern. The skin is well-starred. Cut the tomatoes in cubes.

In the pot with the cooked beans, put all the vegetables and cooked them for about 15 minutes.

Chopped greens, garlic, cooked pepper and Bay leaf.

The vegetables are ready, put the herbs, pepper, garlic and Bay leaf. Tried on salt, that I had chicken broth is already salty, I doolie. Poured olive oil and cooks the soup for another 5 minutes.
