Prepare the sauce. To do this, take 200 ml of water, add sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Bring to a boil.
As soon as the water boils, add the butter. Then the flour. Stir at the same time, leaving no lumps. If you are still unable to make the sauce without lumps, I advise you to punch it in the blender. I always do, if you see that the sauce is a heterogeneous texture.
Here such it turns out the sauce. Leave it to cool.
Now prepare the porridge! This milk bring to a boil and gradually add semolina, stirring constantly. Don't forget to put the sugar and salt. Porridge should be thick! Peel the pear, turn it using a blender to puree and add to porridge. Stir.
