Description
In almost every restaurant and cafe, and with the Lithuanian national cuisine, you can find bean soup. There are many options, like any truly national, folk dishes. This soup - from the category of economical, as each piece - in case: yesterday's bread, meat - and- noses-tails-ears. But the result (although the dish looks somewhat presentable...) - quite a restaurant, the taste is very rich, rich.

Cooking
Soak the beans for 6-8 hours; it is convenient - at night, remove in the refrigerator. Cook on low heat.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the onion, bacon and tomatoes. When all is soft, add the chopped garlic.
Combine with beans, add salt, mix well.
Put chunks of dry bread, add spices and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
You can put it on plates from the pan in which the soup was cooked. But well, adding the bread, lay on a La carte pot and simmer in the oven or halogen oven, before serving.
